I draw the line at Feta. Mozzarella only!It would be nice if people could discuss a topic without feeling the need to inform us about the origin of the pineapple on our pizza. Can we not just be left alone to enjoy a Hawaiian with Feta.
You hear a lot on here about Sam Panopoulos, and how, working by himself, he created Hawaiian pizza in Ontario in the 60s. ACTUALLY, a lot of the credit should go to a Japanese-American baker, Hawaiian Robert Taira, who was experimenting with new doughs at the time! People like to give Sam all of the credit, but that's unfair!
