I cook from scratch at least six nights a week and make lunches from scratch about four or five days a week. I sometimes need a break!You can make a lot of great ramen at home without all the salt and preservatives of instant noodles. There's probably a dedicated aisle in your grocery store with the ingredients or another dedicated Asian market nearby.
But yes, ultimately, I do intend to work my way toward making my own stuff.
