Side note: I used to go to a place that made a lox pizza. They cooked the crust separately. Then as soon as it was removed from the oven, quickly slathered it with cream cheese, sliced red onions, capers and sliced lox.

Furthermore, I once went to a catered affair where the chef made escargot tarts. NGL, those things were so good, I made a public (but hopefully subtle) pig of myself on those things.

So an escargot pizza is well within the realm of possibility.

I like escargot. Butter, a little lemon or maybe some dill, served in the shell.... Thought I would try canned to see if I could get my fix between restaurant visits. BLECH!
