Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

Welp, time to leave that thread forever and never look back. There's beating a dead horse, and then there's beating the empty glue stick container, and then there's whatever the heck is happing in that thread.

Seriously, if I never see that word mentioned ever again on EN World, it'll be too soon.

Welp, time to leave that thread forever and never look back. There's beating a dead horse, and then there's beating the empty glue stick container, and then there's whatever the heck is happing in that thread.

Seriously, if I never see that word mentioned ever again on EN World, it'll be too soon.

I have a short list of words that are a hard stop (i.e. Nothing of value will come from this thread once that word used), and another list of words that are red flags. I keep thinking that word is a red flag, but some people are really set on convincing me it's a hard stop.

I was able to recall the page numbers and issue of Dragon magazine where I'd seen an article that intrigued me ("Who Gets the First Swing? Attack Priority System Offers More Realism Without More Work", Dragon #73, starting on, I want to say, a page in the 20s) almost four decades after I'd read it, without having seen it in the intervening time. Heck, I haven't run AD&D in at least thirty years.

But for Real Life stuff, I resemble this cartoon by Asher Perlman.

A buddy of mine has many times over the years, called me and when I answered a few seconds later said, "Um, I forgot why I called you."

Because, as we all know, humans and spiders are neurologically identical?

It's like how in the 90's and 00's no matter what time it was you could scroll through basic cable and find an episode of some version of Law & Order playing.
You left out the 10's and the 20's. Every time my family goes on a road trip, my wife and I will go through the hotel room cable looking for something to watch. Invariably it comes down to 1) A food game show of some sort, 2) True Crime, and 3) Law and Order. We can pretty much always find all three. I say pretty much, because on rare occasions there isn't a food show.
