Random dumb thought. Will vaping so over take combustible cigarette smoking that we see a drop in accidental fires?

Drier forests, especially in places that have never/in thousands of years been as dry as they are now, will more than balance that out, I'm afraid.

Popcorn lung is linked to diacetyl, which is banned from vape fluid in some places (like the UK), although apparently the connection is not firmly enough established for the FDA to ban it yet. Still, my understanding is that reputable manufacturers don't use it.

Well, fine, then we're going to be experimenting with requiring diacetyl intake! Those so-called scientists don't know anything! In fact, we're going to replace flouride with diacetyl so that everyone can enjoy the multitudinous and far-reaching health benefits my brain worms assure me it provides!

Accidental house fires maybe, but trash fires are on the rise. Apparently that's due to discarded lithium ion batteries, and vape batteries in particular.

The Circvs used to have a pink, dancing elephant emoji, IIRC. I always kind of liked it as a stinger on passive aggressive posts (both as recipient and, if I'm being honest, poster).
