Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

A character that has the ability to regenerate is captured by a crazed vivisectionist who finds in him the perfect specimen for a illustrated encyclopedia of the human body, layer by layer.
If it's the one I'm remembering, it's a step more nasty than that. The regenerating character is the Chosen of one of the setting's gods, and has a fairly high position in the city guard. Two other guards have some beef with him, and manage to kidnap him and hand him over to the vivisectionist. They've also been trying to shut down the vivisectionist because they are not comfortable with him experimenting on slaves, but since it's legal there's nothing they can do about it. So they sort both issues by giving him a victim that doesn't need replacing, and get rid of an uncomfortable person. Win!

Exactly! I had forgotten some of the details. Thanks.

Also re meal prep: keep a goodly assortment of sandwich & salad fixings on hand. I eat one or the other- or both- approximately daily.

I’ve even found ways to do eggs in the toaster oven and microwave for quick use in those.

My lunches generally include either a salad, or raw carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower, with some Ranch Dressing.
Sounds good & healthy to me…except the Ranch part. Blue Cheese & Italian salad dressings have always been my faves, but I did go through a phase when Ranch was everything…because Ranch was everywhere. But that got old, and now I only use it for dipping fried appetizers.

Tangent on salad dressings:
1) I occasionally make homemade vinaigrettes.
2) I’ve found that adding a splash of red wine vinegar makes for an elevated Blue Cheese dressing.
3) As with Ranch, I went through a Green Goddess phase. It was best on a 3 meat combo from The Hip Pocket sandwich chain. But GG largely disappeared before I tired of it, and the few versions I’ve seen in stores aren’t quite right to me
4) A good Caesar dressing is a blessing. Doubly so if it’s got a decent amount of anchovies in it. (I can take or leave the raw eggs part- it’s good, but not essential.)

I'm really not a fan of Blue Cheese and most of the vinegar based dressings that I liked, went out the window with my diabetes diagnosis (I leaned toward the sweeter side). Caesar Salads are my usual go-to and I'll sometimes switch out the Ranch for Caesar dressing.

Fire drill at work today... Our area is accessed through a door right on the loading dock in the back parking lot, and we also have a large truck door right next to it.

And yet, our fire escape route involves leaving our area through the interior door, walking halfway across the building down the main corridor, and out through the front entrance of the building...

Does anyone else see an issue here?:rolleyes:

I'm guessing the assumption is that the most reasonable location for a fire to start would be the bay?
