Me- I have these needs. I've heard these options might work, but I don't have the technical skill to even begin to know what to choose or if something else will do let alone tinker endlessly.

I eremember when I worked for a bigger company, took a week off and came back to over 1400 emails, 500 messages, and 20 "emergency" calls.

Ooof, no thanks.
This wasn't so bad, I was only gone for two days...and those two days were right before a holiday weekend, when lots of folks would also be taking some time off. Still: dozens and dozens of emails on the day back from a fishing trip is a hard paradigm shift.

Yeah, my current company is much smaller. When I took two weeks off at this one, I only came back to 150+ emails, and 5 "missed calls/meetings".
