Pineapple Express: Someone Is Wrong on the Internet?

I almost just decided I was willing to pay more to have food delivered than the food itself cost... But then I thankfully realized I just couldn't live with myself if I did that.
This actually motivated me to get orf me arf and go out to get some damn food.

EDIT: @#@I#(^&$U@#I@#)*&^$#E@#@#!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬

I ordered about $19 of food from Little Caesars and couldn't pick it up - five inches of snow have dropped in the last couple hours, and the plows still haven't come around yet... It's likely that my road and the hill that it's on won't get plowed till morning.
I got outside, shoveled off my car, and then realized that there was no way I was going to get down the hill to get the pizza, never mind back up it... AAAARRRRGGGHHH!!!!

I am now subsisting until I can get out of the house tomorrow morning on half a bag of dried mango slices I keep in my work lunch bag for times like this. I'm going to bed to conserve energy.
Getting snowed in is never going to be a problem where I live, but I have sympathy for you.

My nephew will tell you he's not smart. I think it's an act. We played Munchkin on Christmas. This is only the second time he and his sister have played it. He won the game. He had a hand full of items that he couldn't use so he traded them in for levels. There's no limit. He went up two levels from that. He had two gain a level cards that he could use. He went from level 5 to level 9 in a turn or two. He learned fast how to game the system.

I seriously don’t know what the hell is with this notion of creating threads and then dictating to others how they are supposed to post in them. If you want to do that, create a + thread, but what I’ve noticed goes beyond that. There’s been this uptick in the number of OPs who want anyone who responds to respond not just on topic but in a precise way, claiming they didn’t read the thread.

Just rude, bad behavior. Once you create a thread, people are going to respond to it with whatever thoughts draw them to the topic in question. Stop trying to thought police others.

It's a problem. I simply ignore the guys in question. I've diminished my participation here because of that. Some people are too salty for no good reason. I can see a day, not far off, that I will stop coming here completely, instead of just taking EnWorld breaks.

I get that people want things a certain way. I work with a guy that loses his 💩when he doesn't get his stuff first. He was there first he should get his stuff first. Even if you were there first he'll call you a liar because it's inconceivable someone was there before him. My childishness ends with my sense of humor. I don't throw temper tantrums in the middle of work place. Why would an online forum be any different? I know, we're here talking about forms of entertainment many would say is for children. It doesn't mean we have to act like children when we don't get our way. Grow up and discuss your toys like a grown up, or take your dice and go home.
