Can someone explain the movie The Life Of Chuck to me? I watched it earlier tonight and I'm still scratching my head. Were all the people in the beginning, which they called Act III, in Chuck's head? As he died the world ended? If so, why? What was the point?

As it is what one does, and I consider this one of the last good spaces I frequent in any way.

Goals of 2025.

1. The big one, at least in terms of online health? I will no longer engage with fools. If someone has used a failure of logic to get into a specific head space, no amount of logic will save them, and I simply do not care enough about 99% of the folks online to bother anymore. If you are somehow mistaken in thinking your myopic views are relevant and you continue to pollute what should be an RPG forum with it, you'll just be ignored now.

2. Continue the Gym.

3. Try and write more. There is some Shadowdark stuff I've got kicking around I would like to finish, but its just not been a priority. Hopefully by March for the Kickstarter.

4. Related to 3, but really start to make efficient use of my time. If its not Wife time, Work time, Gym time, Hobby time, it better be improving my life in the long term. I am starting to feel like I dont have a ton of time left to just waste on pointless things.

5. Budget, home improvements, the long term plan must be kept in mind.

6. Preach the Good Word.

So how did we do?!

Goal 1: Ignore the fools? Pretty well done here.

Goal 2: Smash the gym? Very much accomplished. 25lbs gained over the year, strength increases in big ways, and overall shape improved.

Goal 3: Shadowdark writing? Did a bit, had some art commissioned and finished a few things. I got off track in the last half of the year but hope to get back on this.

Goal 4: Lets call this 'simplify'. Yeah I did this. I only have focused on a few things all year.

Goal 5: Budget/Home Reno. Half way. I was able to keep on target for the Budget side, but I was not able to get home renos done. Thats next up on the list starting next week.

Goal 6: Play more Shadowdark!

Next year?

Goal 1. Gym continues. I've got a whole plan for the next 2 quarters.

Goal 2. House has to be done. Its going to eat into my budget/saving plan, but it has to be done.

Goal 3. Move. (this will recover the budget and then some.)

Goal 4. Shadowdark. I want to get all my stuff compiled and published into print.

Not an app - Little Caesars uses Door Dash for all their deliveries now...

This the unfortunate case for almost every where near me now. I think there's a thai place that still does their own, I see their tiny delivery car around town sometimes. For a long time there was a local bike courier service that did deliveries but Door Dash and Uber Eats pushed them out of business. They were better, faster, and cheaper so that was a real shame.
