Not even this site: What you seem to be describing sounds an awful lot like generals, historically, having been ready to fight the most recent war, not the one they were currently fighting.

In every conversation, or discussion, or debate, there comes a point where everything that can be said has been said, any new insight has already been shared, and anyone who was going to change their mind has already done so. When it reaches that point, we can either find something new to talk about, or endlessly repeat ourselves.

It's embarrassing how often I choose the latter.

I'll admit it sometimes takes me an additional cycle or two before I notice circling has started happening and I bail.
