That show is set in Las Vegas, odd they went out of state where they have no jurisdiction. I think it was set in Las Vegas but was filmed in Los Angeles.

It was just the opening, the actual case still took place in Las Vegas

I was reminded of the movie Ghosted. It was filmed in Georgia but scenes were supposed to be in Georgetown, VA. There is a scene that takes place at a farmers market. I know that town very well. The downtown area of Marietta. I can say with 100% certainty that the US capital building is nowhere near Marietta. Seeing the top of the capital poking up from behind some trees made me laugh.

This was a major issue for me regarding both shows named "Roswell", at least the second show named Roswell was filmed in new mexico.

For me it's "Due South." They went heavy. Shot in Toronto, standing in for Chicago, starring a bunch of Canadians, pretending to be Americans, about the way that Canadians think that Americans see them.

I remember that in one episode, during a car chase, they go around a corner and there's a sign pointing to Skydome.
