I am in the planning stages of a total re-do of my basement game room (including tearing down two crappy non-load bearing walls in order to put up ones that can actually hold the weight of shelves and allow for maps and art to be hung). but logistics on these projects is always a bear. For example, last night I thought I found the perfect shelving solution for my game books that would allow me to remove the floor bookcases and and make room for other stuff by hanging them on the wall. Today, I realized that the weight of the books is way beyond the suggested limit for those shelves - so it is back to the drawing board (literally, I am drawing out plans ). Champagne problems.

Sorry, just saw some posts about a company that makes infant and toddler products called Frida Baby. While such products would seem innocuous enough, the marketing scheme is disgusting!

Sorry, just saw some posts about a company that makes infant and toddler products called Frida Baby. While such products would seem innocuous enough, the marketing scheme is disgusting!

Having used some of those products for my kid and finding it a good brand, I was skeptical about objections until I saw the actual marketing language and yeah. . . EW.


I think someone was trying to take advantage of the goofiness and absurdity that comes being the parent of an infant (the lack of sleep doesn't help) and went WAAAAY off the rails. Cripes!
