A gas station & convenience store near me got demolished and reconstructed in 2024-25. It has been open again for the past 8 months, but they recently rearranged the store. Sight lines are cleaner, traffic flow is better.

And now it’s VERY clear that the “Maple” in their name is actually a joke reference to the fact that they sell “novelty” glass pipes.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but no one cares how fast your KS was funded. It isn't a real metric.
