Weekend:
Friday- nice date night, excellent food and fun games.
Saturday - nice breakfast, attend Libertarian Party of New Hampshire convention, fail to vote out the fascists, go to lunch and commiserate with a few other attendees, decompress, have dramatic conversation with an ex, go out for another nice date to a goth night.
Sunday - sleep late, brunch with friends, go pick up a second nice love seat for my new apartment (since my couch wouldn't fit up the stairs when I moved in), fail to get it up the stairs since we couldn't get the legs off, leave it stuck on the landing, run Shadowdark (using a The Nightmares Underneath scenario) for friends and have good pizza.

Today: Lots of work to be done. Hopefully with some different tools we can get the legs off the love seat and get it into the apartment.

I'm sorry to say that, having read Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, it seems that piece of furniture is not only unable to be removed from the staircase, but computer modeling confirms that it must have always been there.

Visited my wife, daughter, and father over the weekend. Flying is a pain in the butt and I don't feel at all rested from the weekend, but on the other hand everybody is doing well. My father will probably be out of the rehabilitation facility this week. Fantastic progress for a 91-year-old.

I think my approach to D&D is pretty well summed up by the "Shadowlands" episode of Bluey.

I would like to add the season 3 episode "Pass the Parcel" to this (perhaps growing) list of Bluey episodes that reflect my approach to D&D.
