I've been enjoying the podcast too. Lots of fun.
Tuque, by the way, is another spelling for toque or touque. Knitted hat, often with a pom pom on top. It's a very common Canadian headgear, keeping our ears warm in the winter. They have different names in different countries. Pronounced took, with long o sound, rhyming with duke.
