Poly other ?

I know on the boards there is always a poly other question, I am sorry to add yet another one. With Poly other can you make someone look better? It says it can aid in disguise checks, but it also says it turns you into a standard creature of that race. So my question is can you change a 1/2 orc into a duplicate of Helen of Troy? If so "Helen" meets a prince, he is willing to forgo her bad table manners -interlude for Eric's Grandma- "Helen is now pregnant! What will the child be. On the Wizard website it had a random encounter in which a rare animal bredder was ranching rare critters who were originally rats and stray dogs. Dragons, Celetials and fiends have poly self and make the ubiquetous half breeds DMs know and love. So my question is what is your opinion on "Helen's child"? On a side not would it matter if "Helen" had originally been a male.
thanks

As you can set physical characteristics such as hair and skin color with polymorph other, I would assume you can make people more attractive with the spell.

If your polymorphed male orcs gets pregnant while changed into a human female, then (s)he would carry the child to term, assuming that he was not returned back his natural form during the pregnancy. (The ability to be impregnated and carry a child is a "natural ability", and is granted by polymorph other.)

I thought it was an [Ex] ability of creatures with the [Female] subtype?

-Hyp.

Is that the subtype with the -20 gender penalty for will saves against shopping?

As for our Ork:
He may look better, but he will still have his old Cha (it's no physikal ability score) must still use disguise (but with a +10 bonus IIRC) to pass off as a human female.
