The same sort of insanity as is caused by having them in the D&D rules? They're generally considered to be fantastically powerful spells, and in d20 modern (where most of the high-powered magical gear is not present), they'd be even more so.
 


Polymorph is an incantation in Urban Arcana rather than a spell. I assume it is based on the hybrid Polymorph Self/Polymorph Other that will appear in D&D 3.5e.
 

Yes I know of the Polymorph Incantation in UA. I was asking about the ramifications of adding the regular Polymorph Self & Polymorph Other spells from 3e/3.5e into Modern/UA.
