Thanks, U_K! I was shooting for the high end of the Intermediate God power range, and I think I hit it right on the nose. I wonder what would happen if he and my Kurtulmak build threw down... but to find out, I'd have to pick out that ungodly (no pun intended) number of spells per day.

Dragon Gods

I was just thinking about the Dragon Dieties and their escorts/guards/whatever and what the CRs mean in v5.

So Bahamut has his 7 Great-Wyrm Gold Dragons and poor Tiamat only have 1 Great-Wyrm of each of the 5 colours she represents.

So Bahamut was stated to be CR 107 which according to v5 means he is a EL 27 encounter.
Tiamat at a mere CR 98 is however, still EL 27.

7 GW Gold Dragons have total CR of 483 which gives them an EL of 31.

A GW of each Chromatic Dragon has a total CR of 302, which means they have an EL of only 29.

So this means that you're going to have a significantly harder time taking down the few dragons guarding these gods than the gods themselves, or alternatively that the guards of the Gods should be have atleast a 3 in 4 chance of defeating the gods they guard.

This seems a little silly that a handful of GW dragons should be able to consider their GODS at a mere Difficult encounter. So either the Dragons as stated by UK from v5 have a too high CR for what they can do, or the Dragon Dieties need a higher CR(EL+4-5?), or perhaps Dragons shouldn't really fear their gods.

A single GW Red/Gold/Silver Dragon would consider Bahamut or Tiamat a mere Very Difficult Encounter.

Hey Zarquin mate! :)

v.5 is wrong though.

While Bahamut may still be CR 107, a Great Wyrm Gold Dragon is CR 38 (in v.6). Therefore 7 greatwyrm golds would only be CR 69. Bahamut would be the equivalent of about 24-33 Great Wyrm Gold Dragons...and even then I think I would give him the slight advantage.

Corellon: Wizard 26, Bard 25, Druid 25, Ranger 25

Hmmm, well, I supose there is no accounting for taste. LOL

I would think Corellon may work better as:

Wizard 26/Bard 25/Ranger 25/Cleric 22/Elf Paragon 3 (from Unearthed Arcana)

I just don't see him as the druidy type.

Dante I am not familiar enough with Guts/Berserk to comment.

Hey there Gothenem! :)

You could well be right, I suppose Druids are not normally of extreme alignments. I guess I was representing the whole fey/nature side of elves.

Guts from Berserk, what would he be?

Im guessing Hero-deity Barbarian 5 /Fighter 5/Rogue 5.

Is this Band of the Hawk Gatsu, or the Black Swordsman?

I think that the Black Swordsman Gatsu has to be epic level.

I can see the members of the God Hand being immortals, but there isn't any way that Gatsu should be anything other than super, bad-arse mortal.

That said, if Gatsu somehow ended up in the Exalted's Creation he would almost instantly exalt into a Solar Dawn-caste.

Yes...that Guts, The Black Swordsman. I would love to see him statted out. Though I do think he is at least Hero-deity status. They vaguely hint that he is part demon in the beginning of the series, which would explain why his canines keep lengthening over time and with the influx of trauma.

I think he would have dormant hero-deity abilities, as in...only the ones not requiring act of will to use would be active. He is certainly abnormally strong and certainly abnormally resilient.
