For the bottoms up, I want to be able to use it in every fight. Because all in all, he IS a drunken boxer...and what good would he be if he couldnt benefit from his drunkeness later on in the day after a fight. How ever, he IS limited to the amount of drinks that benefit him by his level.
On the improavised weapons it seems to me to be a skill that I would never use if he just was proficient with the imp. weapons because at this period, he is already doing 1d8 damage unarmed, but if he picks up a ale tankard, he damage will drop to 1d4. Which wouldnt help him at all. The improvised weapons should always boost his damage rather that decrease it because he is roleplaying and uising the improvised weapons.
Numb: I edited this as well
Projectile Vomit: He can only spew forth the amount of drinks that he benefits from with bottoms up. And yes, those drinks he consumes are automatically added to his bonus/penalty as long as he is able to benefit from them. The bottoms up ability does not consume any drinks, it is just an effect that occurs when he becomes drunk. All the drinks are still inside him and do not get used up unless he uses a skill that consumes them, then they must be removed from the bottoms up. And yes, if he spews forth all of his drinks, he loses his bottoms up effect.
