Promise of Storm errata

I must confess that my understanding of the interaction between powers and multiple keywords granted by other powers and items is still very shaky...

For example, what exactly is the errata changing in this genasi racial power?

In the Effect line, replace the first sentence with “Until the end of your next turn, you deal 1d8 extra damage when you hit with a thunder attack or a lightning attack.”

This is basically switching the word attack in place of the word power, as far as I can see.

The errata makes sure that only attack powers can be used to trigger the bonus damage, not utility powers or items that might have the thunder or lightning keywords.

This is a similar sort of errata to the one that they made to half-elf dilettante. It used to say an "at-will" power but they erratad it to read "at-will attack" power.
