On greater planar allies:
I looked up the planar ally type spells. To prevent rampant abuse, I'm going to rule that you CAN summon greater beings, such as pit fiends and solars, but the cost of doing grows exponentially when you get a creature greater than 8 HD in strength.

for example:
9 HD 2,000 exp 12,000 gold
10 HD 4,000 exp 24,000 gold
11 HD 8,000 exp, 48,000 gold

And I will charge the maximum number of HD for greater creatures.

Look in the email list's archives. That will give you a start.
 

It's difficult to trust a mercenary, but I know I would be tempted to purchase long-lasting spells from a merc. Once cast, you don't have to worry about the spell going traitor.
