As mentioned upthread, the answer is a tentative yes. There’s even fill-in-the-blank forms for wills (and other legal documents) available in bookstores, office supply stores and online.

In Texas (and possibly other states), they’re only going to look at the parts of a will you ACTUALLY put to paper yourself, so the fill-in-the-blank forms won’t work here. You could, of course, simply copy the form verbatim and be fine.

Still, there’s other pitfalls which will vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, so check your local laws to look for loopholes.
