Psionic feats and the soulknife

I was looking at the SRD and I was disappointed to see that psionic feats require the ability to manifest powers. By my reading, that means that soulknives cannot take psionic feats unless they also have levels in a class that can manifest powers. This doesn't seem quite right to me, so does anyone out there have any information that says otherwise?

Well I just got around to reading everything to do with that class and i see how it works now. I don't know how to remove this thread so please somebody tell me how or administrators just do it for me? Thanks.
