Question about unfulfilled order on Rpgnow.com

Back in September, I ordered a rather large lot of books from RPGNow.com. Among those was:

1 x Blood and Relics (2nd Edition) (Print+PDF) = $18.95

I got my print copy of Blood and Guts 2: In Her Majesty's Service, but Relics and Rituals (2nd Edition) never arrived. I have tried emailing every address I could find, but I have gradually given up hope. I still have the order number, and every else, but is there anywhere else I can go about this?

I was kinda looking forward to the book, and I've been a little surprised at the lack of my ability to get it, especially since I did pay for it, and I've done quite a bit of business with RPGNow.com.

Last I knew, the Customer Service position of RPGNow (calling it a department is a misnomer) had been vacated by Gareth and I'm not sure that they have a dedicated (i.e., full-time) replacement yet. This may be why you've had a hard time reaching anybody.

Can you email me your name/address off list. chris@rpgobjects.com. I think I recall this (but I don't know your name), and I may have just shipped you a copy directly since rpgnow is having some trouble fulfilling it..

I'll do that, today. The last time we'd corresponded was on November 17. I'd sent another email on December 29.

I think I'll stick to the PDFs, from now on.
