question on sneak attack

Hi all just wonderinf if when a rogue is flanking an opponent and has TWF does he get a sneak attack with each weapon or with only one...thanks

As stated at page 50 of the player's handbook at the paragraph about sneak attack ,the rogue's attack deals extra damage any time her target would be denied a dex bonus to AC, or when the rogue flanks the target.

So ,you can sneak attack with each one of your attacks when using two-weapon fighting
-provided that the target is denied his dex bonus to armor class or you have flanked him.

Assuming he can take a full round action to make both attacks, both attacks are sneak attacks. The same is true for a rogue with multiple attacks. Every attack that mets the criteria to be a sneak attack (flanking, foe denied dex bonus) gets the sneak attack damage.
