Probably a silly question, but looking through the warlock powers, I was left wondering, do the effects based on pact happen as well as the effects that happen if you hit?
For example the power Harrowstorm slides the target 5 squares on a hit, and then says for the infernal pact that you slide the target 5+int mod squares. Do both of things happen, resulting in a slide of 10+ squares? Or is it only the greater effect?
