Questions that need answering about KotS

Hey, I got my copy of keep on the shadowfell a couple of days ago. I've been reading through it and I quite enjoy the adventure, can't wait to run it. But there are a couple of things that would no doubt be addressed in the PHB, but for whatever reason were left out of the quickstart rules. I figured we should have a thread where we can ask questions of the designers. I don't intend this thread to address "why?" questions about KotS or 4e, but "how?" questions so we can run the adventure properly. Like this:

There are a couple of things that cause a character or enemy to go prone. What kind of action is it to stand from prone? I would assume a move action, but I could see it being a minor action too.

What is the penalty for dim illumination if any?

Standing from prone is a move action that does not provoke OA.

It's from various sources.

Petty sure that Dim Light offers concealment at range, but not adjacent, and not if you have low-light vision.
