Not gonna bother. I'm starting to think that I have the wrong attitude. Instead of hoping I'll like whatever the next WotC release is, I should hope that I won't, so I can save the money instead of buying it. That way I won't continue to be disappointed when I don't like their books.

So according to the poll there are (currently) 12 people who aren't sure if they have bought Races of Destiny?!

Now that is an interesting stat! :p

I bought it. It's not as good as Races of Stone, but I'll get a lot of use out of it nonetheless. It's not nearly as boring or useless to me.

I would have to say that Races of Stone was better IMHO. The Races books are not up to the "Complete" series as far as overall usefullness.
Agreed. This one rated MUCH lower than CD and that I thought nearly sucked the life from me.

I did buy this via DTR. I'm just sort of glad I only wasted money on a PDF instead of a book. :p

Nope. The Races series books just don't do it for me, and Races of Destiny appears to be particularly horrible.

Imagine the next book iin the series... 50,000 new elven subraces ahoy!

ehrgg...

I just wish they'd didn't put gnomes in the first one. They deserve to be elves cause they are just as "fruity."

Anyway at least Races of Stone had a neat way of dealing with "how do dwarves make such neat stuff?!!"
