D&D 5E Ratfolk PC stat sources?

So a new PC in my 5e Iron Gods conversion campaign has been suggested playing a ratfolk for his new character for story reasons (the party is allies with a bunch of ratfolk and rescued their leader) so I am looking around for 5e ratfolk stats.

I have the Midgard Heroes Handbook for 5th Edition from Kobold Press which has a PC ratfolk option with stats of size small, +2 dex, +1 int, -2 str with darkvision, swim 10, move 25, pack tactics, nimbleness (can move through hostile enemies spaces) and rodent empathy.

Are there other 5e ratfolk type stats I should consider?

Our Dungeon Delver’s Guide has ratfolk in it.

The 5E version is in the appendix.

I was looking in the LU Adventurer's Guide and did not see one. I was not even aware of the Delver's Guide.

WotC would rather original names for species to can be protected by copyright.

If WotC wants a 5E rafolk specie, these would be based in the tari from Dark Sun.

Does the new DND Legend of the Five Rings book from Asmodee have stats for the Nezumi? They're rat-folk.
Yeah I was thinking of that too. I only have the 3e book which did have stats for them (fairly strong ones overall, scent, 40 move, immune to taint, bonus to hide, move silent, climb, and poison and disease saves, etc.) which uniquely included pheromone messages for other nezumi.

Initially I liked the Midgard one until I thought about making characters with it. IMO it is very limiting on what type of class you have to pick. I mean sure, you can always make something else, but the +2 / -2 really pidgeon holes the character.

But, really how do you envision the race? These stats give very different races. Are they furry bipeds? Are they stealthy? Wily? Disease ridden? Loners or social?

They are in fact in the Adventures in Rokugan book. The book uses the post-MMotM system for all the species (+2 to any, +1 to any for attributes). Their abilities are more geared toward the setting itself (Shadowlands survival), so probably not the best option for a non-Rokugan campaign.
