Yeah, I think I would have preferred $1 to $1.50 a fig. . .

Me too, though I'm not certain that's realistic. . . the minis that go for $.50 to $1.00 online are typically either from opened packages or part of some bulk liquidation on the part of the seller. Reaper's prices seem fair for new minis. Those packs of skeletons and orcs are a mighty welcome sight for those of us who don't want to buy a few hundred packs of minis to build an army of such 'grunts' :)

I was already iffy on the first run of these based on the paint masters; now that I can see the production version, I have to say these are ...fugly.

Maybe as they refine their process they'll get better.

Compared to Harbinger, these are great.

Honestly, compared to many Night Below minis, these are great.

(I will be applying the aforementioned MinWax to them, though -- it's too easy not to do, if they're not technically prepainted then)

Lol...I was just thinking this myself...especially since I stopped buying the random minis after the first two or three sets. I'm looking at some of the Harbringer figures right now, and they're what's really fugly.

Well, I didn't buy DDM when all there was was Harbinger, either. :p

So they aren't offering a "complete set" pack? Or am I just failing to find it?

They aren't collectible, thus, selling them as a set (or sets) doesn't make much sense. They seem to be selling them using the same model as they do for metal minis (i.e., as individual models or in blisters).

I'll be picking up a bunch of these. I don't really need any more skellies or orcs, but I do want to support the company in this venture.

What I'd love to see is dungeon dressing- furniture, chests, etc.

And, for the love of Pelor, mounted figures! Reaper could make a mint on horses and mounted griffons/

The "Dungeon Dressing" line from Dwarven Forge is pretty good. Not priced to horribly either.

As I understand it, the only "complete set" is a prize for a contest they are running. Other than that, they are selling individual orcs/skeletons and also a 3 figure "set" of each sculpt.
