Ah. Love the Dwarf. I've got seasons 1 & 2 on DVD and a good portion of seasons 3, 4, & 5 (and eps 2, 3, & 4 of season 8) on tape.

Holly is my fav.

The earlier seasons are better. They started to lose focus a bit after a while, IMHO.

I got into it just in time for the network to stop showing it...blasted public television.

So when someone copied all of their VHS'ed episodes for me, I was in heaven.

I even got to see the first one...'The End.' Hadnt done that yet.

P.S. Anyone catch that was Arthur Weasley on there? My wife thought I was crazy, she didnt see why the scene was so funny...

One of these days Ill learn to type, and then the edit button wont get so worn out...

See, I think seasons 3-5 are the best. The pilot is good, but the first two seasons were lacking something (Kryten). He shows up for the first episode of season 2, then disappears for the rest of the season.

Love the show. Awesome.

One of the reasons I think it's so great is that there's so much love that goes into it: they have no budget, no sets, no props, no superstar-name actors, but it's clear they're having a great time, and (not to everyone's taste, fair enough) I think the comedy is hysterical. I also think they have some good writing and stories. It's just damn fun.

Lister, after eating a can of dog food from dwindling survival supplies: "Now I know why dogs lick their testicles."

Had to stop the dvd and weep helplessly with laughter for 10 minutes.

Smoke me a kipper! I'll be back for breakfast.

Yup...Peterson....I'm sorry he wasn't on there more often. Unfortunately, Lister stopped having "flashbacks" after the first season...although he did go back in time once or twice.
