I think I'd move:

Feeblemind - Primal (ultimate curse)
Maze could be Primal, but I think it's probably got enough, so leave it Arcane.
Animal Shapes and Tsunami should also be Primal.
Glibness should be Arcane.

uh, seems like my filter were off on my list, I missed some.

EDIT: Added Feeblemind and Animal Shape to Primal, added Glibness to Arcane.
The Divine Sphere is a little thin, I think we should swap some stuff.

EDIT 2: Maybe give Glibness to Divine? or Demiplane, is it godly enough?

EDIT 3: Or maybe I'll give Earthquake and Firestorm to the cleric (biblical spells) and take Illusory Dragon for Primal?

Glibness could certainly be some sort of divine gift of communication, like an elevated Tongues. I can see it moving.

Glibness fits Arcane (or by the tenuous Fey-association, Primal - also Druids & Bards, keepers of an oral tradition, were hella glib).
Feeblemind is (y'all must be sick of hearing me say this) a classic magic-user spell there's a bit of (IDK, irony?) to it, that it hit the MUs able to cast it the hardest.

Or maybe I'll give Earthquake and Firestorm to the cleric (biblical spells) and take Illusory Dragon for Primal?
While the legendary Druid (or Celtic sorcerer, if there was a difference) was associated with illusions, the D&D Druid/Primal source not so much. Firestorm, OTOH, was originally a Druid spell, and fire has always been a theme for them.

I think the idea of creating the pinnacle of Primal creatures (dragons; the apex-non-tarasque-predator) made from the stuff of Shadowfell (as a Prime's echo) can be cool if we are to balance the Sphere's numbers.

I also prefer my druid to replicate natural phenomenon for blast spells instead of doing un-or-super-natural things. So I think Earthquare could stay as Primal but Firestorm should go in the Divine, be it just for number balance.

I wouldn't consider dragons Primal creatures, and shadow->undeath->ick.

Fair, but the reverse of how it originally was, IIRC. (Druid might've also gotten Earthquake, but it was a Cleric spell first; Firestorm was a Druid spell.)

UPDATE: 7-9th Level spells have been added for review/continued discussion.
And 8th, it looks like?

Yeah, I got confused between Firestorm and Incendiary CLoud. Earthquake could go to Divine and Incendiary Cloud to Primal.
