Ribs - Spares/Baby Backs Sauced/Unsauced??

For those in Virginia:

Red, Hot, and Blue's dry ribs

I dig 'em. They are responsible for at least 10 pounds of my corpulent size.

The Red, Hot & Blue in Savannah, GA was our closest, but they closed last year. They have greay ribs, but I still prefer Sticky Fingers.
