I know this question has been answered before, but here goes. Can a rogue get sneak attack if he is throwing daggers and is with in 30ft for more then one round?

The rogue can sneak attack with a thrown dagger if he is within 30 feet and his opponent is denied his Dex bonus to AC.

I'm not sure what you mean by "more than one round".

Let me clarify a bit I mean can I as a rogue attack more then once and get sneak attack damage even if the Creature is no longer denied dex is there any situations that he would again get sneak attack damage?

Ok Maybe not so clear

The sneak attack is not necessarily a one-time thing, if that's what you're asking. As long as the rogue is attacking and meets the preconditions needed for a successful sneak attack (within 30 feet, target would be denied Dex bonus or is flanked by the rogue, target is vulnerable to critical hit damage, etc...) then the bonus damage applies.

So if a rogue, for example, by virtue of BAB, gets 3 attacks in a round, and uses them to hurl 3 daggers at an opponent who is Blind or Held (for example), then all three attacks are sneak attacks. The next round, if the target is still alive, and still in a condition that makes it vulnerable to sneak attacks, then that lucky rogue gets to keep on making sneak attacks!

This is why rogues love Improved Invisibility.

:)

oh sure, improved invisibily is better than blinking... but with a ring of blinking, a rogue doesn't have to worry about getting in a flanking posistion or catching the opponent flat footed to get sneak attack damage. And if you're up against someone who can go etheral, just use blinking to see them :)

Actually, when you're invisible, you still don't have to worry about getting a flanking position or catching your opponent flat-footed (unless your target has Uncanny Dodge, of course). Defenders lose their Dex bonus to AC against invisible attackers. PH, page 132, Table 8-8.
