The Ki Project

Dungeons & Dragons 3e mixed with d20 Modern. A sort of d20 Modern Medieval Fantasy. With stuff from Aria: Canticle of the Monomyth mixed in.

Pirates on The Wolf Folk sea, brigands from the northern mountains, and the Unicorn Orcs are uniting under a war lord to conquer the world. Or so the stories say.

Oh, and another map purporting to lead to the lost cities of the Wolf Folk themselves has shown up. But this time around the owner also had some old coins from the Wolf Folk Empire on him. But he, his map, and his gold have now disappeared, and the Wolf Folk are implicated in it.

The Ki Project. A world, not just a game board.

Also...

Dragon Earth: Plutonic Shades

A mix of D&D and d20 Modern set in the modern day. But on an Earth where magic has always been around, and goblins are haberdashers.

The Lich King's War is 20 years in the past and the Empire of China is starting to reclaim lands lost to fell necromancies. A new generation is coming of age in France, eager to rise above the Petainist past, and the Russian Republic seeks rapproachment with the white dragons of Siberia.

World wide the population is starting to rise again, after declining for some 38 years.

Things are looking up. Except on Pluto, at the Collegium Magica. Strange dreams, disappearances, weird behavior, weird events. Something is wrong on Pluto, and it's heading for Earth.

Dragon Earth: Plutonic Shades: Ghouls in Hanoi, vengeance in Moskva, dark thoughts in the mind of an expatriate French kobold encouraged by a thing outside of mortal comprehension. Just when you thought it was safe to use divination.

If interested, and you live in San Diego CA, drop me a line via my email link below. Also ready to play if you have a game going already.

Please, nothing fancy or cutsey on the subject line, unless it's really inventive. Keep the subject plain, informative, and to the point. Make sure to mention The Ki Project or Dragon Earth somewhere in the subject.

When calling (once you have my phone #) be sure to give your name, your phone number, and why you're calling. I screen my calls and will not answer any call that doesn't have all three elements. And when I say why you're calling I mean something like, "I'm calling about thus and such." Insert the appropriate game name if you're calling about that. Sorry to be so T.A about this, but I'm tired of folks who don't know how to leave a message.

Fret not, I'm not always as mean as immediately above, and I hope you can write soon.
