Sigil & Shadow by Osprey Publishing
  • SYSTEM: d00Lite system
  • PRODUCT TYPE: digest sized hardcover rulebook

Focuses squarely on the story rather than the mechanics - who the characters are and what they do, not how they do it. Easy to adopt to any mythos, campaigns can be built around a wide range of plots, with PCs taking the role of anything from paranormal investigators and monster hunters to members of occult cabals or secret societies.

Just as a general heads up for people: The Delta Green single adventures, like the one above, seem to get collected into compilation hardcovers once 4-6 get published. So, if you're interested in more than one, it kinda makes more sense to wait for a nice big hardback book (plus it's cheaper than buying them all separately).

Damnit. They got me. Bought Sigil & Shadow. This will be the fifth product from Osprey in about a year that I have been lured into purchasing with no ability to play and Seventh product overall in the last four years. Whatever they are doing over there it is working on me.

I can't disagree. Their digest sized goodness just works for me. They are great looking books so you can always browse and enjoy the art I suppose.

I play a bit of skirmish miniatures games and they just have the best mix of quality and price on those products. Their plan is clear, make simple rules for miniatures agnostic games. They have a game for every type of miniature you already own. Brilliant.

Osprey has had a very good selection in the past 5 years. I've bought several of their games. Frostgrave, Broken Legions, Gaslands, Romance of the Perilous Lands and Reality's Edge.
Romance of the Perilous Lands is very cool. The author has a great blog and has made a ton of fun rules lite games. Trollish Delver I love Burrows & Badgers. The miniatures are fantastic and the game rules are very unique with a setting that is just strait up Redwall.
