RRAARRGGHH! (jiggle jiggle)

A young kid I was talking to the other day was asking about the game. He asked if it was possible to play a tapdancing wine glass. I had to pause for a second after I realized that this was well within the rules (animated object, incarnate construct, bard). :D

The awakened toad barbarian
I mean it may be filled of rage but what is it going to do try and bite you with its no existent teeth, swat at you with its tongue.

I've made an epic 30th level assassin awakened ferret once. Think the bunny from Monty Python. With his DC 52 death strike, he could very easily jump on a great wyrm and slice its throat.

Wasn't that the companion of Arnold in "Kindergarten Cop?" It would just be early in his career... that's where he got the first taste of human blood... :D

Holy crap on a cracker! That's one nasty ferret! Now, you could add another +1 or +2 CR adjustment if it hasn't been de-scented and we're really in biz! ;)

It's just a ferret? How tough could it be... AAAAARGH!!

hehehe....HAHAHA! That's brilliant! Oh my...my tummy aches from laughing at that...

Thanks.
We had just got the ELH and wanted to give it a try, so we decided to create a bunch of 30th level characters and whoop some demigod bottom.

...one week later, we have managed to make characters that were mostly working. The first conversation went something like this:

Zappo: "Man, it took me something like ten hours to make this character. I'm not going through this effort again. If he dies in less time than what it took to create, you're going to be sorry".
DM: "Hey, the dice fall where they fall. In fact, since it takes so much to create 30th level character, maybe you should make spare ones beforehand".
Zappo: "Like hell. If you kill me, I'm going to play a ferret".
DM: ...
Zappo: "An assassin ferret".
DM:
Zappo: "And he's going to be the most min/maxed SOB of a ferret you've ever seen. No roleplaying or background here, just sheer bloodthirsthy ferret".
DM: "Yeah, right" :lol::lol:
Zappo: "Ok, you have been warned!"

The following session I presented him with the character sheet for the ferret, with a big DC 52 written in the front. It was pretty easy to create, I just dumped everything I could on the death attack DC. Another played stared at it and commented something about great wyrms not having a chance.

My sorc 30 is still alive and well. How lucky. :]

Tarrasque rampages over the King's castle and then, when the heroes show up, hides in plain sight and sneaks up behind them.
