Any early viewers out there? Whadya think? Worth braving first night lines, or "wait for the video"?

And afterwards I picked up Armies of the Abyss at the store. And tonight is game night. I love Friday's. :D

Well I went to see it alst night and it is a fantastic action D&D movie. Do not expect much else. The opening scene will probably give several players new ideas for combat alone and the plotline is really what you expect from one of yuor D&D games.

There is the small party, helpful NPCs and scheming villians thrown in briliantly. The vilian was a combat monster and was your typical bad guy, cowardly, arrogant, ruthless and very tough.

One problem with the show was the general campiness of the show but no where as bad as Hercules or Xena. Just a fun action flick, not taking itself too seriously, thats all.
