Actually, multiple creators can contribute with different prerqs. So a wizard could pitch in with Scribe Scroll and her paladin buddy could then chip in with the spell. One of them must be named primary crafter and pony up the XP, though.

Assuming one considers the spell to be a prerequisite for crafting the item (an assumption, since scrolls don't have a stat block listing prerequisites... merely a statement that the spell must be prepared/known), right.

Of course, if the wizard pays the XP, you'll end up with an arcane scroll of Lesser Restoration, which isn't much use to anyone without UMD...
