Searching for a pre-made campaign

So to put it quite frankly, I don't have the time to devote to DM-ing that I used to. As real world responsibilities keep piling up, I just don't know where to find the time to game like I did in the past. I've been enjoying fourth edition D&D so far, but I am now looking for a pre-made campaign that I can tweak rather than create out of whole-cloth.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good campaign? I could convert something from 3rd (or earlier) but a really solid campaign in 4th would be preferable. For some background, I've nearly completed Savage Tide with a group that plays once per month, and I was thinking of starting up Scales of War but... well... it looks pretty spotty by contrast. Is Scales of War better in play than it reads on paper? Are any of the other Wizards published scenarios good? Are the classic Paizo Adventure Paths (Shackled City and Age of Worms) convertible to 4th edition? Thanks for any help you can offer!

A really good campaign world that's edition neutral is Freeport. The Pirates Guide to Freeport details the city of Freeport and the nearby continent. The cool thing is, Green Ronin didn't add any crunch so you can use any system you want. They even have a small 4e conversion on their website.

I think he's looking for a pre-made adventure path, not a campaign world.

Thanks for the recommendation! Biased though I clearly am, I personally believe that WotBS is the best 4E adventure path in existence. :)

Official web page is here.

No problem. :) I wish I came across War of the Burning Sky earlier, actually, because my group is so burned out on modules that I've decided to do my own stuff. But WOTBS is ideal for time-strapped DMs who want something immersive and not 100 percent combat-oriented.

War of the Burning Sky is actually very good.
This.

But, to be fair, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're more into lots of combat with various interesting situations within it, I'd say the official WotC modules are a decent choice.

If you want something balanced, anything will really work with some modification. WotC modules work (you may have to change/remove a few encounters depending on your preferences), but you'll have to come up with a lot of the details on your own (I personally like the flexibility).

If you want something RP-heavy, then I'd avoid the official WotC modules. Convert Paizo adventure paths or something.
