Does your store have a bulletin board to post signups on? Some of the FLGS near me have that, others just seem to host games for products they sell (5e, PF2e), so it might be worth talking to the shops in your area to see how they handle things like that.What's the best way to start a Shadowdark playing community at a games store? My local hobby store currently has a discord and a bulletin board.
I know he did an RPG soda, Dungeon Slimes, but I don't recall a cup. Given that he apparently holds the records for most RPG products on Kickstarter -- 116 so far -- many of them with unusual formats, if someone has done an RPG cup, @philreed is a pretty good bet.There was a kickstarter, with a cup. @Whizbang Dustyboots do you remember it?
