"An ampliation on the Catalog of Unnatural Creatures" says the dwarf as he sits down. "with the purpose of gathering data on a conjecture that some of them may undergo quick change under the right circumstances. For what I´ve heard, people who frequent this business end dealing with the sort of creatures I´m looking for frequently. I can help them, since I know my fair share of magic and my knowledge can help them when dealing with those creatures, if they are already typified."

 

[Patlin]

"What sort of magic do you practice? I know little of creatures, but magic is an interest of mine."

 

[Someone]

"Rituals of ´divine´ origin, mainly." answers Seat. "I imagine those who can cast a healing spell or two are always welcome, specially if they don´t proselitize. And you, sir... sir..."

 

[Patlin]

"I am Anvuss, I specialize in the crafting, use, repair and amplification of magical objects. I've mostly been working on the crafting of scrolls, lately. That, and seeking employment."

 

[Someone]

"That, and seeking employment."

Seat nods. "I guess I´m too, since my meager savings won´t allow for much investigation or to expand my collection of spells. So I´ll have to settle with whatever comes."

 

[El Jefe]

Shoot waved at the little dwarf that was conversing with Anvuss. "Hi, my name is Shoot", he said by way of introduction. "I help Anvuss make scrolls. And this is my dog, Fang!", he beamed, while indicating a somewhat nervous gray wolf at his feet.

 

[Someone]

"Well met" answers the dwarf. "I see you´re a rare breed - most of the ´forged I´ve heard of are warriors of some kind, but you both don´t look like them."

 

[El Jefe]

"They said I was supposed to learn magic and take care of animals and things", Shoot replied. "I was one of the first ones like me, 'though I heard some of the others were scrapped. I'm good with magic, just ask Anvuss here!"

 

[Patlin]

"Shoot is indeed good at magic, as he has demonstrated. I am capable in battle, but my primary function was to be assisting in the creation forges. Unfortunately, that purpose is impossible to fulfill due to the terms of the treaty."

 

[SelcSilverhand]

Ahki frowns upon seeing that all the fuss was over a book. "Worthless paper, only good for making a fire. Why would anyone pay for that? We should demand money for killing the machine that killed that man. His family may pay a bounty!" He pounds his fist on a nearby table for emphasis.
