For any DMs who might be thinking about recruiting amidst all of this chaos, here's a list of those hoping to be recruited. My pardon in advance for any errors. I'll edit if I missed someone, or if I accidentally included someone on E13's adventure.

Aidan, Human Paladin (icycool)
Anvuss, Warforged Artificer (Patlin)
Seat, Dwarven Archivist (Someone)
Shoot, Warforged Druid (El Jefe)
Meksoor Dhakaan, Hobgoblin ?? (Anti-Sean)
Raven Thorn, ??? ???? (Manzanita)

ooc: I've been quiet for a while (mostly because I was on vacation), but
Italimelk (Tali), Kalashtar Soulknife is still here (though he looks to be a human of no particular class to an untrained observer)

(ooc: my crew should be ready to head back out on adventure soon, so that should clear up some of the confusion for potential DMs)

OOC: We're waiting for Potential DMs to step up to the plate. The sooner we clear out PCs and start having adventures waiting for adventurers, the sooner higher level PCs will open up to become options.

"Those aren't spirits. Those are undead. Spirits are the primal forces of nature that connect us to our world."

"What are the ancestral spirits of the Valenar and the Deathless of Aeneral? And no, I don't have a good answer myself."

OOC: I've got to read through the Eberron book again so that I can connect the dots for one of my old adventures (and change it to fit the Eberron setting), but after that I'll blow the dust off it and give it a go (it'll be my first PBP gming experience). Look for a submission sometime around Tuesday of next week.

"They may not be good answers, but I see the Valenar ancestral 'spirits' as powerful cultural memes that link their people together across the generations. The Deathless of Aerenal are just undead that share with the world instead of take, in some ways opposite to the traditional sorts of undead. Neither of them are bad or dangerous, but they also aren't spirits in the sense I speak of them. It would be easier for me to express what I mean in the Sylvan tongue, where there are separate words for all of them."

Del (Mordin the Dwarf)

The door to the tavern swings open as the rotund dwarf staggers into the common area. Business is booming since we left! With a friendly wave towards the others, he approaced the pair of shifters, the warforged, and the dwarf.

"Friends," he wheezed as he smiled through misaligned teeth. "Interesting times, indeed! Shall we take one of the back rooms? I have some information for you."

Interesting. I wonder where the Keepers of the Past get their spells from? Oh, by the way, say that around most Valenar or Aeneri and you'll get yourself killed. I should know. It almost happened to me."

Weapon says nothing, but makes his way to one of the back rooms for further discussion.
