Don't worry too much about a fourth player. Just get the game ready. If you don't have a fourth by then, just run with three. But if you want to get another player, it might be helpful to change the subject line of this topic to something like "Sidewinder Western Game (recruiting)" or something to that effect, something with recruiting in the subject line.

I'm interested in playing. I love Sidewinder -- in fact I have my own PBEM game I run.

BTW, just as a note, Sidewinder Recoiled will use d20 Modern, not 3.5e. Now, I did create a 3.5 conversion document for Sidewinder that I posted to the yahoo group so that might be what you are talking about. In any event, original rules work great for me.

How fast is your game going to move? I can post most days, however I do travel for work and don't always take my laptop along.

It does not handle multiclassing very well, but it does do a lot of the math for you. Just letting you know its available -- you won't hurt my feelings if it doesn't work for you.

The way I understand it we are indeed looking for another player to get the group up to four.

Max, you're in if you would like. So that's 4 and I will allow one more plus an alternate if anybody else is interested. I'm looking for at a 2 posts per week game. I'll post more or less depending on the players and real life, so that's not a major concern of mine.

As for the rifleman, I do think I'm gonna stick with the original rules as it's easier for me. However I'll look into the prc and see if there's a way to fit it in.
