Sidewinder - Back in the Saddle - OOC

Not at all! Have no fear. I was just thinking that we have several high dexterity guys, covering several classes. So, I starting looking at what wasn't covered (for instance, glad Doc took a scout so we have a tracker in the group) and ended up with a high strength mountain man. He will still be a good rider, and have some skill with weapons. But he will really be able to punch your lights out! :D

I'm very happy with the PC I'm working up. I'm kind of curious to see how well it works to go with a lower dexterity character, since I tend to have high dex guys.

Whew!

:)

It indeed looks like an interesting bunch of PC's we have here.

Ouch! This gonna hurt! :D

That's the idea. :D Anyone drawing an AOO next to Luke, thinking he is unarmed, is going to get a big surprise. That double strength damage is nasty -- and gets even more nasty at 4th level when his strength will go to 18.

All,

Sorry I haven't posted recently. I meant to mention that I mainly post between Sunday and Wednesday. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are reserved. :) That being said, all looks good so far and I will post something Sunday night.

Ok, I've got the Rogues Gallery up and ready for characters. I will be going over them this week prior to the game starting. I plan on beginning by next Sunday, the 25th. If I don't have all the characters by then, no problem. We can either do some lite roleplaying, or I can wait a few extra days. Here's the link to the Rogues Gallery. The name of the game may change.

Maddmic,

My character is coming. I had to go back a revise my idea a bit after seeing the other characters. I'll have something up by tomorrow.

Toric,

according to the feats table, "Salt" is a prerequisite for "True Grit" (Sidewinder, p. 60), though it didn't get mentioned in the feat description. Still ,the table is probably correct, as otherwise the feat "Salt" would make no sense.

Bkmanis,

just noticed your choice of weapons. Have you considered going with a Colt Frontier (1873) and a Winchester '73? (The interchangeable ammo [.44-40] might be of use to Sam, ie. lower weight and easier to maintain while travelling around.)

Just a thought!
