Sims 2

What's the biggest differences between 1 & 2? I played 1 a while back and really liked it. Not that I'm looking for another time drain game (playing Civ4 with Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 & The Movies on standby) but I'm always in the market for more fun...

And after you've done that, whats next? What I mean to say is, after you have tried your hand at each career and done everything to maximum, there is no fun in it anymore. :(
I used to absolutely love playing The Sims.

See, that's what I mean, that's not really the point of the sims, to do every career or do everything to the maximum. It's more like a role-playing game, without adventuring. I like watching various sims just go about their daily lives. Sort of like a virtual soap opera.

Basically the graphics. Instead of having houses in 2d, they are now 3d.

Also sims now have (if you want) lifespans - they grow old and die and have children (usually before they die, but not always). Personally I turn this off, but some people like this.
