Skirmish and Grenade Weapons

Simply put, does the damage from the Scout's skirmish ability apply to Grenadelike weapons? If so, does it apply only to the primary damage, the secondary damage, the splash damage, or some other combination?

I would think if anything it would be only on the first damage, but it would have to be within 30ft just like any other sneak attack/skirmish/precision damage attack. I would equate it to throwing a dagger or shooting an arrow with an explosive special ability. When you use them precision damage only is counted once.

But this is all IMHO.

i thought precison damage only affected 1 damage roll

id say it adds to primary target damage from a grenade but not splash damage as that isnt precision
