How odd! The same thing just happened to me. Got invited by email to a group needing a player (in my town, which is rare). I prefer to DM (like yourself) but if we all get along I'll see if I can run sometime down the road. Let us know how it goes!

Try to keep an open mind about non-SL games; if that;s all you talk about and they don't know it, they may be a bit put off. It'd be a shame if that happened.

Oh, and from bitter experience, don't try and sniff their crotches. I'll never try that again!
