Small change to a Warlock Invocation...

Would it mess with balance at all if a Warlock wanted to take a Fire version of Vitriolic Blast? That is, it deals full damage to objects, ignores SR and deals a little extra damage the following rounds, but it deals Fire damage instead of Acid damage. Considering how Fire is often regarded the weakest element (that is, the most creatures have resistance to it), I figured it wouldn't be a problem, but I just wanted to make sure.

It should work, but it shouldn't deal full damage to objects. Objects only take full damage from acid or sonic attacks. That's an effect of objects, not that particular invocation. All fire spells deals 1/2 damage to objects, just like acid spells deal full damage.

You are fine. Keep the full damage to objects too.
