Smallville Spoilers on Yahoo! (rantish)

Grr... I just checked the TV listings on My Yahoo to get the preview info on Smallville, since I was having a total blank. I'm more than a little ticked at the way they presented it, though. Anyone who wants to know who learns Clark's secret can read below:

Yahoo said:
"Pariah", Episode #412.
Lana and Jason are attacked, and the evidence seems to point to Alicia (Sarah Carter); when Clark doubts Alicia's innocence, she forces him to unknowingly reveal his secret in front of Chloe.

Is it just me or is this a really crappy way for them to preview the show? (And, yeah, I'm sure Yahoo is just copying what was sent to them.)

Uhhhg I hope that it doesn't unfold like this. Just so I have a suprise. If it is her then I think Chloe will die, why I don't know.

I agree. I was poking around on the WB website last week and the quote from Yahoo! is pretty much word for word from the preview for this episode on the Smallville official site.

I just got done watching the episode and I thought it was really good. I can't really get into it without going deep into spoilers thought. (I know, I know, this thread is all about spoilers. I just don't want to add to the spoiler-ness-ness-thing.)

Anyways, I'm 90% satisfied with the episode. Lots of good development of almost all the characters, a progression of all the storylines, and several shocking moments. I'm pretty disappointed by one of the shockers, but I can understand the rationale behind it. Doesn't mean I have to like it though.

Lovely, they found a way to take a potentially interesting storyline with the relationship and shorten it with a meaningless death in an otherwise moronic plotline that had no far reaching consequences other than to reveal his secret to Chloe. Chloe? Thought this character was almost removed from Smallville a year ago. And as far as I'm concerned, uninterested in the doings of one Lois. The character (at least in this series so far) just seems to be an dues ex machina for getting info spread amongst the other leads. They really had a chance to stray from the set mythos of superman slightly and make an interesting path to what we all know tranpires later in it, but they went with the predictable. Who didn't see them killing off Alisha and who really didn't see the Chloe thing coming. Now I'm thining they will kill offf Lois and have Chloe take the pen name of Lois Lane when she goes off to Metrolpolis eventually. Actually just wrote that and then stopped to watch the preview for next week. Man I hope I'm wrong about this idea. If they do that then I'm done and it's back to just watching Lost from now on. Wish they wouldn't always take the easy wrap it up in one episode approach all the time. Too many self contained storyline's. I actually liked the way the Clark-Alisha thing was going. Now it's back to villian-from-Kryptonite of the week now.
